Multi-site Director

Your Mission: An entrepreneurial challenge

Directly reporting to General Management, you act as a true head of the business and are the guarantor of the profitability, technical quality, and development of the company across our two sites.

Profile: The field expert turned manager

We are looking for a strong personality, endowed with leadership capable of managing the company as if it were their own.

Key Skills:

• Technical mastery of construction: In-depth expertise in masonry, reinforced concrete, and heavy structural work.
• Project management & execution: Ability to pilot several construction sites simultaneously, from submission to final settlement.
• Financial analysis: Mastery of construction site budgets, margin calculation, and reading of financial statements (Balance Sheet/P&L).
• Active local network: Established address book with architects, engineers, and project owners in the cantons of NE, VD, or FR.
• Team leadership: Confirmed experience in managing personnel (site managers, construction foremen, masons).
• Safety standards and regulations: Perfect knowledge of SIA standards and workplace safety rules (Suva).
• Multi-site piloting: Coordinate and optimize human and material resources between the two sites to ensure total fluidity.
• Software: Equivalent program already used.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and optimize the daily operations of the company.
• Ensure the effective implementation of strategies and processes and coordinate teams to meet performance objectives.
• Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose adjustments with other departments to ensure fluid communication and effective project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and construction standards.

Experience:

• Background of at least 5 years in construction in Switzerland, including a portion in structural work project management and execution.
• Federal master's degree, construction manager diploma, or civil engineer.
