Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for an Operations Maintenance Manager. The Operations Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintenance of solar power systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with project teams, supervising technical staff, liaising with clients to address operational concerns, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring efficient and effective operational support.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Maintenance experience in energy systems or related fields
• Proficient in Project Management and Team Management, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and address client needs promptly
• Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems, particularly solar power
• Proven ability to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or training in maintenance management or renewable energy systems are a plus
