Your Mission with Us
As the Operations Project Manager, you will take on a key role in the efficient implementation of our goals and manage interfaces with a focus on digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Operational Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate cross‑departmental projects in the areas of ERP, Infrastructure, Digital Projects, and Reporting.
- Process Optimization: Optimize internal processes and communication channels, especially at the interfaces with Development and Logistics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Software and Web Development, Logistics, and Customer Support.
- Reporting, Analysis & Problem Solving: Prepare management reports, support analyses, and manage risks, especially for technical projects.
Your Profile

- Technical Understanding: Understanding and experience working with Tech and Logistics teams. Knowledge of digital infrastructure and digital end‑to‑end processes in e‑commerce (ERP, Warehouse Management System, Shopify processes, Microservices, System Architecture).
- Structured & Proactive: You create structure in a dynamic environment.
- Project Management: Responsibility for the prioritization, planning, and execution of complex, cross‑departmental projects.
- Strong Communication: Fluent German and English, excellent team‑player skills.
- Willingness to Travel: Occasional (international) travel is not an issue.

- Salary: Gross annual salary starting at € 42,000 (full‑time), with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications.
