What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will:

• Partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
• Analyze financial results and translate data into actionable insights.
• Support cost control, productivity initiatives, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements.
• Play an active role in plant strategy and operational decision-making.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, modeling).
• Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate across all levels.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
