About the role

Position Duties

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and analysis of customer data.
  • Analyze network events and perform root cause analysis of network issues to prevent impairments and outages.
  • Work on low and high severity trouble tickets, follow up with customer and engineers as needed, and provide status updates to the customer and management.
  • Provide on-site technical support for customers, and develop RCAs as needed for customers.
  • Develop customer specific reports that allow TAC to monitor and analyze customers’ network.
  • Identify issues and take ownership of issues based on reports, emails and phone calls to meet customers’ requirements.
  • Work may be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications

  • US Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of experience as an electrical/wireless engineering professional.

Special Skill Requirements

  • Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following skills: SOP; MOP; SLA; UMTS; LTE; RAN; NFS; and SFN.
