We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our Wealth Management Operations team in Zurich. The successful candidate will support the rolling review process across wealth management activities, ensuring operational integrity, compliance with internal policies, and mitigation of potential risks.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience reviewing complex documentation, and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Rolling Review & Operational Oversight
- Conduct periodic rolling reviews of operational processes, transactions, and client documentation within the Wealth Management platform.
- Identify operational risks, inconsistencies, and control gaps, escalating findings where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and operational procedures.
Documentation & Transaction Review
- Review and analyze complex financial, legal, and operational documentation related to client accounts, investment products, and fund structures.
- Examine key documentation such as investment agreements, subscription documents, and fund materials to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Maintain clear documentation of review outcomes and operational findings.
Risk Identification & Mitigation
- Analyze processes and documentation to identify potential operational or legal risks.
- Prepare detailed review reports highlighting findings, discrepancies, and recommended mitigation actions.
- Support improvements in operational controls and review frameworks.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform data analysis on transactions and operational metrics to support the review process.
- Maintain and update relevant internal systems and databases.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management and internal stakeholders.
Team Support
- Support onboarding and knowledge sharing with junior team members.
- Assist in maintaining consistent operational standards and best practices across the team.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, due diligence, risk review, or financial services
- Experience in investment management, banking, wealth management, or asset management
Skills
- Strong analytical and documentation review skills
- Ability to interpret legal and financial documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and risk awareness
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively in international team environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
