Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic OPT Recruiter to identify, engage, and place OPT/CPT candidates into IT roles across our client network. This role involves heavy sourcing, candidate relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities
- OPT Candidate Sourcing
- Source OPT/CPT candidates through job portals, universities, referrals, and social media platforms
- Build a strong pipeline of entry‑level and junior IT candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases regularly
- Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management
- Connect with students and recent graduates to understand their career goals
- Educate candidates on job market expectations, technologies, and hiring process
- Maintain continuous engagement with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Screening & Qualification
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, communication, and eligibility
- Verify visa status (OPT/CPT/Stem OPT) and documentation
- Evaluate candidates for market readiness and client requirements
- Resume Coordination & Submission
- Work closely with internal teams to align candidate profiles with client requirements
- Ensure resumes are properly formatted and meet submission standards
- Submit candidates to vendors/clients within timelines
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare candidates for interviews (basic guidance and expectations)
- Track interview feedback and update candidates accordingly
- Offer & Onboarding Support
- Assist candidates during offer discussions and onboarding process
- Ensure documentation compliance and smooth joining process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / sales / customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interest in US IT Staffing and Talent Acquisition
- Basic understanding of OPT/CPT/Stem OPT visa categories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, or university networks
- Familiarity with basic IT technologies (Java, Python, QA, Data, Cloud, etc.)
- Prior experience working with international students
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of candidate submissions per week
- Candidate pipeline growth and engagement
- Interview scheduling and conversion rates
- Successful placements and onboarding

Job Details
- Job Type: Full‑time
- Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana
