Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules.
This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering functional expertise, system configuration, technical analysis, and ongoing support in a complex enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS, along with knowledge of integrations across Finance modules (AP, PO, PA) including employee costing, expenses, approvals, and project labor costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS HRMS modules
- Troubleshoot user and application issues; provide functional support
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business & functional specifications
- Analyze business processes and recommend optimized solutions
- Identify system gaps, integration issues, and process inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT)
- Manage project deliverables in alignment with internal project lifecycle processes
- Coordinate with PMO to address risks, timelines, and deliverables
- Support HRMS integrations with third-party systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
- Business analysis
- Application design, implementation, and support
- Oracle EBS environments
Technical Skills (Must-Have):
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS HRMS
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials modules: GL, AP, PO, FA, PA
- Experience with:
- RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
- Oracle SQL
- Strong techno-functional expertise in:
- HRMS configurations
- Interfaces & data conversions
