Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Extensive experience in gathering requirements by talking to stakeholders and creating requirements documents with applicable templates
• Experience converting requirements into Jira stories and creating process maps
• Familiarity with MFG Supply Chain or Finance Background
• EBS Supply Chain modules knowledge and prior working experience in EBS projects is required
• Around 8 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate leaders and business stakeholders to understand the gap between the product and its process
• Solve business problems using the organizational context and transition the organization through change by implementing the solution
• Identify and define solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders
• Work across all levels of an organization, from defining strategy to creating enterprise architecture, to taking a leadership role by defining goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in technology and processes
• Improve the value of business analysis through realization of benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities, and modeling the organization
• Interact with business owners/stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Convert business requirements into detailed technical requirements for the technology team
• Coordinate with the technology team to explain the requirements
• Validate the developed solution before handing it over to the business user for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coordinate with the customer team and the technology team to facilitate UAT
