Oracle EBS - Business Analyst

Client Location: REMOTE (Support in PST Hours) Work Mode: REMOTE Client: LTIMindtree Duration: 6 months

At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Extensive experience in gathering requirements by talking to stakeholders and creating requirements documents with applicable templates
Experience converting requirements into Jira stories and creating process maps
Familiarity with MFG Supply Chain or Finance Background
EBS Supply Chain modules knowledge and prior working experience in EBS projects is required

Engage with corporate leaders and business stakeholders to understand the gap between the product and its process
Solve business problems using the organizational context and transition the organization through change by implementing the solution
Identify and define solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders
Work across all levels of an organization, from defining strategy to creating enterprise architecture, to taking a leadership role by defining goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in technology and processes
Improve the value of business analysis through realization of benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities, and modeling the organization
Interact with business owners/stakeholders to understand their requirements
Convert business requirements into detailed technical requirements for the technology team
Coordinate with the technology team to explain the requirements
Validate the developed solution before handing it over to the business user for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Coordinate with the customer team and the technology team to facilitate UAT
