You Are:

An experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with substantial expertise engaging prospective clients on Oracle EPM (Hyperion) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM platforms, including both on-premises deployments and cloud transformation. You possess a strong presales mindset, a capacity to simplify intricate architectures, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.

Your Role:

In this role, you will act as a value architect across a range of presales opportunities, from smaller engagements to large, complex, multi-tower Oracle managed services projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading design, implementation, and migration scope for on-premises Hyperion and Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM implementations.
• Creating solution blueprints covering areas such as planning, financial closing, reporting, ERP integration, data flows, environment strategies, and operation models.
• Architecting scalable, secure, and resilient managed-services offerings across EPM and ERP ecosystems.

Subject Matter Expertise:

Serve as the primary expert on Hyperion and Fusion Cloud technical architectures, integrations, identity and security, and deployment patterns. You will:

• Provide authoritative guidance on best practices regarding availability, performance, disaster recovery, automation, and operational governance.

Client Engagement:

You will:

• Engage senior client executives, CIOs, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Represent architecture in client presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Facilitate collaboration with sales leadership and the sales team.

Internal Governance:

Lead the Technology Delivery sign-off process ensuring agreement on scope, risk, assumptions, delivery model, SLAs, and financial aspects. Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to uphold solution standards and protect our interests.

Collaboration:

Work closely with presales and sales teams, including pricing teams, security architects, and delivery leads to assess feasibility and craft optimal delivery models. Provide input to Terms & Conditions as needed and support the smooth transition into delivery for newly awarded deals.

Travel may be required based on business needs and client demands.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years in a technology environment with strong experience in outsourcing or systems integration.
• At least 5 years of experience in solution planning, deal shaping, or presales architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM technical implementation, administration, or architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years relevant work experience). An Associate's degree requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
