Oracle Fusion EPM Solutions Engineer

What You'll Do

We are looking for an exceptional Oracle Fusion EPM Solutions Engineer who specializes in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, particularly focusing on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS). Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced Oracle Fusion EPM technical solutions with an emphasis on EPBCS and EDMCS.
• Lead the rollout of new features within Oracle EPM modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal configurations while identifying areas for performance improvement.
• Facilitate seamless data integration between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems; leverage Groovy scripting expertise; develop data governance policies for maintaining data integrity and compliance.
• Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and security best practices; support audits and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Work closely with finance, IT, and business leaders to gather and translate requirements into effective technical solutions, offering guidance to development teams and vendors while conducting user training and supporting change management initiatives.

Who You'll Work With

You'll join our Information Technology team, supporting the Oracle Fusion ecosystem, where you will influence architectural decisions, maintain application roadmaps, and enhance operations to meet business objectives. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Technology, leading our Oracle Fusion practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM, specifically with EPBCS and Groovy.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing Oracle Fusion EPM solutions.
• Excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Skilled in developing and optimizing Groovy scripts to improve application functionality and performance.
• Proficient with EPM Automate for deploying and managing EPM Cloud applications effectively.
• Expertise in monthly metadata maintenance, aligning EPB and PCM systems, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.
• Experience managing Oracle EPB security aspects including user, metadata, and versioning control.
• Knowledge of Management Reports (MR) and SmartView is essential.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI is advantageous.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Oracle EPM product updates to maintain best practices.
