Oracle ERP Implementation Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle ERP transformation across manufacturing plants of our client. This role will drive rollout strategy, manage multi-wave deployments, and partner with senior leadership to modernize core business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Oracle ERP implementation program across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Manage project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management
• Define and execute ERP rollout strategy and plant deployment plans
• Drive change management and system adoption across operations teams
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Track program performance, risks, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program / project management experience
• 6+ years leading Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion implementations
• Experience delivering ERP rollouts within manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
