We are looking for a skilled Financial Systems Functional Analyst with strong experience in Oracle-based financial platforms. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, support financial system operations, and contribute to ongoing system enhancements and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial processes, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and experience translating business needs into functional solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience with financial systems or ERP platforms
• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting concepts
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise financial transformations or system modernization
• Exposure to reporting, reconciliation, and compliance processes
• Experience working with integrated or custom financial systems
• Background in supporting large-scale enterprise environments
