Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Middle East, for an Oracle Fusion Project Manager. The individual will oversee the successful implementation, data migration and management of Oracle Fusion projects. Responsibilities include leading project planning, defining business processes, collaborating with clients and internal teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The role also needs mentoring team members to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Business Processes, data migration and experience in identifying areas for process improvement within organizations
• Proven expertise in Consulting and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Applications and their functionalities
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
• Demonstrated Team Leadership skills, with an ability to mentor and guide teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Preferred experience in Oracle Fusion implementations, Data Migration and ERP systems
