Role: Architect / Lead Consultant – Oracle GTM

Required Expertise

• 15–25 years of experience in Oracle GTM
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle GTM implementations
• Strong techno‑functional background with country‑specific trade process knowledge
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • PL/SQL, SQL
  • BI Publisher XML
  • MS Office tools
• Deep understanding of:
  • Customs processes
  • FTZ
  • Duty drawback
  • Trade compliance workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end GTM solution design, configuration, and delivery
• Manage client interactions, project updates, and change requests
• Configure GTM modules including:
  • Trade Compliance Management
  • Screening
  • License Management
  • Declarations & Customs Filing
  • Trade Agreements & Incentive Programs
• Build and manage:
  • Agents
  • Saved Queries
  • Action Checks
  • Custom Actions
  • Screen Sets
  • Manager Layouts
  • Workbenches
  • User Roles & Policies
• Handle GTM quarterly upgrades and new feature rollouts
• Integrate GTM with EBS, JDE, Fusion, SAP via OIC, Boomi, MuleSoft, SOA, etc.
• Gather business requirements, create functional specs, guide technical teams
• Lead testing cycles (SIT, UAT), go‑live, and post‑production support
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Establish and enforce GTM standards, processes, and best practices
