Role

As a Senior Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of Oracle Guided Learning initiatives within financial systems. This role requires significant experience in training programs and excellent project management skills, particularly in ERP implementations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless digital experience and coordinate project timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Guided Learning initiatives across enterprise applications
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities
• Prepare internal project status reports on progress and key activities
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to determine user requirements
• Ensure quality control of all digital guidance materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
• Significant experience in training program design and delivery
• Professional fluency in English and French
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel as necessary
