We are currently seeking Sales Account Executives with a proven track record in software sales. You will promote NetSuite's cloud-based business operations system, which includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Service Automation (PSA), and eCommerce.

More about the Opportunity:

  • Focus on securing new logos in your designated geographic territory.
  • Manage the sales process through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate internally with NetSuite peers/leadership and other teams to enhance sales performance.
  • Work closely with Business Development Representatives and Solutions Consultants.
  • Craft comprehensive solution proposals that address all aspects of the business applications.
  • Participate in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition through various channels including phone, internet, and in-person meetings.
  • Lead sales opportunities using strategic selling, proficient negotiation, and closing techniques.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years in SaaS/Technology sales with a strong drive for success.
  • Solid understanding of accounting, business solutions, eCommerce, ERP, or CRM is essential, along with strong negotiation skills.
  • A track record of being a top performer is preferred, with demonstrable success in sales.
  • Known for an exceptional work ethic, focus, passion, and dedication.
  • Enjoy learning about technology and effectively communicate its value to prospects.
  • Responsive, adaptable, and highly passionate about results and accountability.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within a specified territory, combining geographic, product, industry, and customer/market dimensions. Engage directly with clients or through partners. Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities through both inbound and outbound techniques. Manage accounts throughout the sales cycle and collaborate with business development, consulting, and support teams to uncover customer needs. Develop comprehensive proposals based on Oracle's product offerings to address all aspects of applications. Conduct customer site visits to foster sales opportunities. Present and negotiate with C-level executives to finalize strategic and complex deals. Maintain and enhance customer relationships, identifying new opportunities for increased sales.

Compensation and Benefits

Hiring range in USD from $30.19 to $48.32 per hour; from $62,800 to $100,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity and commission.
