What YOU will do

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of Oracle platform implementations, migrations, upgrades, and consolidations across enterprise environments
• Serve as the technical lead for Oracle deployments, ensuring alignment with performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements
• Partner with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams to deliver enterprise Oracle solutions from design through production support
• Oversee Oracle cloud implementations and integrations with adjacent enterprise systems and platforms
• Establish implementation standards, repeatable deployment methodologies, and technical documentation practices
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle databases and supporting systems to ensure high availability and operational stability
• Design and support backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for enterprise Oracle environments
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for complex systems issues
• Implement automation, monitoring, and operational tooling to improve system reliability and reduce manual processes
• Ensure Oracle environments comply with enterprise security standards, audit requirements, and operational best practices
• Define long-term Oracle platform strategy, architecture standards, and infrastructure roadmaps
• Evaluate emerging Oracle technologies and deployment models, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges and cross-functional dependencies
• Mentor engineering and administration teams while establishing operational standards and technical best practices
• Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to support deployments and resolve critical technical issues

What YOU will bring us

• Strong experience leading Oracle enterprise platform implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Deep expertise in Oracle databases, infrastructure engineering, and enterprise systems administration
• Experience supporting Oracle cloud environments and enterprise platform integrations
• Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies, disaster recovery planning, and high availability architectures
• Strong understanding of Oracle performance tuning, capacity planning, and systems optimization
• Experience implementing automation, monitoring, and operational support tooling
• Familiarity with enterprise security controls, compliance standards, and risk management practices
• Ability to develop technical architecture documentation, standards, and implementation roadmaps
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills within complex enterprise environments
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience mentoring technical teams and establishing operational best practices
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical execution
