About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle PLM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Oracle platforms. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT to deliver scalable and efficient PLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Oracle PLM solutions (primarily Oracle Agile PLM and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM)
- Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
- Define solution architecture, data models, and integration frameworks
Drive PLM processes such as:
- BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
- Change Management (ECO, ECR)
- Document Management
- Product Governance & Compliance
Design integrations with enterprise systems like:
ERP (Oracle EBS / Fusion)
CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks)
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Ensure best practices in system configuration, customization, and performance optimization
Support data migration, validation, and system upgrades
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in PLM domain with strong expertise in Oracle PLM
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Agile PLM
- Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM
Strong understanding of:
Product lifecycle processes
Engineering change management
BOM structures and configurations
Experience in integrations using:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Middleware tools (OIC, SOA Suite)
Knowledge of SQL, Java, or scripting for customization
Experience with data migration and system implementation lifecycle

The expected salary range for this position is between $63,000 to $1,20,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
