About
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle SaaS Security Administrator to manage and maintain security configurations across Oracle Cloud SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Security, including roles, data access, and segregation of duties (SoD), and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer user access and security roles in Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
- Create, update, and maintain user roles, duty roles, and data security profiles.
- Perform periodic security audits and access reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to enforce segregation of duties (SoD).
- Support the implementation of security changes for new modules or enhancements.
- Monitor and resolve access-related incidents and service requests.
- Work closely with audit teams to provide security evidence and support during audits.
- Implement and manage identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) integrations.
- Document security architecture, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS security administration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion security model, including custom role design.
- Familiarity with Saviynt, Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), or other IAM tools is a plus.
- Experience with SOX/ITGC compliance and auditing.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Oracle SaaS with third-party IAM tools.
- Working knowledge of Oracle HCM/ERP cloud modules.
- Certifications like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Security, or Certified Identity & Access Manager are a plus.
Compensation
70-80/hr on w2, 75-85/hr on c2c. This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
