Overview

We are supporting a large-scale, enterprise supply chain transformation focused on implementing a modern, cloud-based platform to unify and streamline core operations.

This initiative will replace legacy systems with an integrated solution covering:

  • Requisition to Pay (R2P)
  • Source to Contract (S2C)
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management (WMS)
  • Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery
  • Supplier Enablement (Portal / EDI)
  • Data, Reporting & Analytics

This is a high-impact role at the early stage of the program, focused on requirements leadership and current-state assessment, with exposure to Oracle-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Current State

  • Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews across procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse, finance, IT, and data teams
  • Document current-state processes, systems, and pain points
  • Map existing system landscape including ERP, integrations, and data flows

Requirements & Business Analysis

  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering (functional & non-functional)
  • Cover domains including R2P, S2C, WMS, logistics, supplier enablement, and analytics
  • Document business rules, compliance, and reporting requirements
  • Facilitate validation sessions and prioritize requirements with stakeholders

Architecture & Solution Alignment

  • Translate business requirements into solution and system architecture inputs
  • Support development of integration architecture, data flows, and interface design
  • Contribute to security, privacy, and audit requirement definitions

Program & Procurement Support

  • Support preparation for Oracle solution demonstrations
  • Contribute to RFP development for system implementation partners
  • Develop traceability matrices linking requirements to system capabilities

Ideal Background

  • Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Architect, or Solution Architect
  • Proven experience in enterprise supply chain transformation programs
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle (Fusion / SCM / ERP) strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Procure-to-Pay / Requisition-to-Pay
    • Source-to-Contract
    • WMS, logistics, and supplier ecosystems
  • Experience leading workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirement ownership
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams (BA + architecture mindset)
