As a Technology Analysis Manager, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
  • Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
  • Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management
  • Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives
  • Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily
  • Travel may be required based on client needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, MIS, finance, accounting, or business
  • 4 to 6 years relevant experience with Zuora Revenue and Quote-to-Revenue processes
  • Enterprise experience in professional services or leading technology consulting/product company
  • Leadership abilities to lead business discussions and architect solutions
  • Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation
  • Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports
  • Experience with gap analysis and blueprint development
  • Experience with system design using configuration/customization, integration, testing, and support
  • Experience delivering end-to-end solutions through entire SDLC
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills at business and technical levels
  • Experience with accounting and ability to converse effectively with finance teams
  • Ability to travel up to 40-60%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing billing solutions for B2B and B2C companies
  • Consulting experience
  • Zuora Billing experience
  • Oracle Cloud ERP or NetSuite experience

  • Base salary range: $142,600 to $261,500 (US); $171,200 to $297,200 (NYC Metro, Washington State, California)
