About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capturing customer orders accurately on Pastel
  • Processing invoices, quotations, and sales orders
  • Verifying order details, pricing, and stock availability
  • Liaising with customers regarding order status and queries
  • Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for order dispatch
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
  • Assisting with general administrative duties within the department

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Order Clerk / Admin role
  • Working knowledge of Pastel (non-negotiable)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel)
