Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis to identify business process inadequacies and design solutions
- Provide support for application enhancements, user testing, and issue resolution
- Coordinate project planning and execution, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science or related field with four years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of three years of business analyst experience
- Experience in requirements gathering and managing large-scale IT projects
- Proficiency in BI tools such as APEX, Cognos, Oracle, and Power BI
- Experience with Oracle tools including ADI, OAF, and PL / SQL
