Organic Growth Marketing Coordinator

Elysium Marketing Group is looking for an Organic Growth Marketing Coordinator to support our SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) efforts for clients across the portfolio. This is a client-facing, hands-on execution role with a clear path toward strategic ownership over time.

Job Responsibilities:

SEO & GEO Execution

• Implement on-page SEO updates, including changes to meta titles and descriptions, headers, alt text, and internal linking
• Manage local listing updates, post scheduling, and photo management across multi-location clients
• Conduct keyword research and AI visibility monitoring support
• Support citation audits, directory submissions, and NAP consistency checks
• Implement and validate relevant schema markup

Website Updates & Content Production

• Publish and format content across client CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
• Draft SEO-optimized blog posts and pillar page content from provided outlines and strategy briefs
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and visual sweeps across client websites
• Identify website performance and tracking issues for escalation to the development team

Client Account Coordination

• Lead day-to-day communication across assigned client accounts
• Track SEO and GEO activity across accounts and flag where follow-up or attention is needed
• Coordinate internally between strategy, content, and design teams to keep projects moving
• Manage tasks, deadlines, and project progress in Asana
• Pull and review performance data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools for monthly reporting

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in an SEO or content marketing role (agency experience a plus)
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page, off-page, and technical concepts
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, on-brand copy from outlines or briefs
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including publishing content, managing media, and making basic on-page edits
• Ability to work in-office in Ambler, PA Monday-Thursday
• Experience using AI tools to expedite work and improve efficiency
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Curious about SEO, GEO, and AI search

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, or Ahrefs
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Experience using local SEO platforms like BrightLocal or similar
• Awareness of GEO concepts and how AI search is changing organic visibility
