OSAP Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

We're hiring an experienced OSAP recruitment specialist to drive student enrollments for online programs. You'll leverage your own network, community connections, and direct outreach to identify, qualify, and enroll OSAP-eligible students. This is a target-driven role where you own your pipeline and hit monthly enrollment goals.

What You'll Do

• Leverage your existing WhatsApp networks, community connections, and relationships to source leads
• Attend community events, distribute flyers, and build awareness in Brampton, Mississauga, and Scarborough
• Run cold calls and direct outreach to warm prospects
• Conduct OSAP eligibility checks on all prospects
• Pitch programs and close enrollments over the phone or in person
• Collect student documents and register them in the CRM (HubSpot)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with community organizations (mosques, settlement agencies, cultural centres)
• Track all activities and enrollments in HubSpot daily
• Hit monthly target: 20 student enrollments

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years direct experience recruiting students for OSAP-funded programs
• Deep knowledge of OSAP eligibility criteria, grant structures, and application process
• Proven ability to close sales and enroll students
• Strong existing network within low-income, multicultural, and newcomer communities in GTA
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, but transferable)
• GTA-based (Scarborough preferred) with reliable transportation

Nice to Have:

• Large, active WhatsApp community or social networks
• Experience recruiting for micro-credentials or online programs
• Meta Ads or digital recruitment experience

Competitive base salary + incentive per confirmed student registration. The more you enroll, the more you earn. High performers with strong networks have significant earning potential.
