Role Description

The OSHA/HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing OSHA and HR-related recruitment and compliance needs within the trucking industry. Key responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding qualified candidates, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing safety training, and maintaining HR documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montgomery, IL. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other team members to support recruiting operations and ensure adherence to industry standards and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance practices
• Experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
• Ability to conduct safety and compliance training for employees
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus not required, we train ourselves.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
