OSP Project Manager

Insight Global is hiring an OSP Project Manager to support large-scale fiber connectivity projects for a major telecom customer. This role owns projects end to end post‑sale—serving as the main customer contact while managing planning, construction coordination, vendors, schedules, budgets, and technical delivery. Projects must be delivered on time, on budget, and to construction standards.

Pay range: $32–$45/hr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with fiber optic splicing and testing
• Ability to manage vendors, schedules, budgets, and risk
• Comfortable leading customer meetings, site visits, and field work
• Nice to have: Salesforce, Visio, AutoCAD, Google Earth, or mapping experience
