Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in telecommunications architecture, OSS/BSS platforms, or extensive enterprise systems
• In-depth knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems and sales architectures
• Proven experience in designing scalable architectures for high-transaction systems
• Familiarity with the telecom sector, particularly in enterprise product ordering and management
• Understanding of complex telecom service bundles, including multi-line orders and add-ons
• Background in B2B/Enterprise eCommerce platforms
• Strong grasp of API-driven platforms, integration strategies, and distributed system architecture
• Experience working with telecom sales or e-commerce solutions catered to enterprise clients
• Demonstrated capability to lead architectural discussions and design solutions within intricate transformation initiatives
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Prior consulting experience in an agile setting with a leading strategy or technology firm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct architecture workshops and technical discussions with client stakeholders to review current OSS/BSS platform capabilities
• Evaluate existing telecom sales and e-commerce frameworks and propose scalable solutions for large enterprise clients
• Design platforms that are capable of accommodating significant transaction volumes and supporting future growth
• Offer architectural insights for OSS/BSS and API ecosystems relevant to enterprise sales environments
• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to shape solution architecture and technical strategy
• Act as a key architectural consultant within the client project, steering discussions and design decisions
• Assess integration opportunities across the OSS/BSS ecosystem, suggesting enhancements for scalability, performance, and reliability
• Create documentation for architecture designs, solution structures, and technical guidance for stakeholders and development teams
• Collaborate closely with clients to pinpoint process enhancement opportunities
• Analyze business challenges and propose technology-driven solutions
• Aid in system development, integration, and testing efforts
• Generate presentations, deliverables, and implementation strategies
• Support proposals and business development initiatives
