Your Qualifications

• MUST-CRITERIA:
  • Experience in moderating and leading emergency/crisis management teams (C-level suitability)
  • In-depth experience in the defense sector: OPLAN Germany and military threat situation for railway infrastructure in a railway undertaking
  • Capability to establish decentralized communication structures to effectively respond to attacks
  • Practical experience and networking in dealing with BSI, BBK, sectoral supervisory authorities, and security authorities
  • Planning, building, or operating extensive structures and a management system for: Crisis management, emergency management, and BCM (according to BSI 200-4, ISO 22301)
• SHOULD-CRITERIA:
  • Competence in applying regulatory reporting requirements with defined thresholds
  • Knowledge of structures, reporting, processes, and committees in railway groups with comparable structures
  • Experience in independently conducting consulting projects in IT emergency management
  • Moderation competence of emergency management teams including follow-up (AAR)
  • Experience in sector-to-sector knowledge transfer (see Sendai)

Your Tasks

• Crisis management, emergency management, and BCM
• Technical consulting on planning, building, or operating extensive structures and a management system for: Crisis management, emergency management, and BCM (according to BSI 200-4, ISO 22301)
• Consulting on leading crisis management teams and escalation models
• Consulting on processes from BIA to emergency plans, to management and execution of complex event situations and exercises
• Consulting on NIS2, KRITIS-Dachgesetz, sector-specific regulation of DB
• Consulting on networking in dealing with BSI, BBK, sectoral supervisory authorities, and security authorities Stakeholder management and communication
• Conducting communication up to C-level and in crisis situations
• Consulting on establishing decentralized communication structures to effectively respond to attacks
