About the role

Position Purpose:

Manage the day-to-day activity, including reconciliation, issuing margin calls, respond to Broker margin calls and investigates any Collateral Assets breaks and queries.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring that accurate and timely client servicing is a priority when dealing with and responding to day-to-day queries and requests from both internal and external customers
  • Provide high quality client service by responding promptly and accurately to all queries received by the team, in accordance with agreed timeframes

Knowledge & Experience:

Must-have

  • 5-9 years of relevant experience
  • Collateral Management process understanding
  • Custody knowledge experience

Nice-to-have

  • CFA certification

Provides analysis for implementation and improvement of processes, workflow, project management methods, computer systems and other tools to support insurance policy administration and customer service. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

Performs the daily tasks for listed Derivatives pricing and analyzing price movements, reconciliation against third party statements, OTC/alternative instruments valuation and measure impact of the daily changes in market data inputs to value of the instrument, other routine tasks such as position reconciliation and setup of Listed Derivatives in Valuation systems and OTC Derivatives, process various corporate action adjustments on derivative positions.

Acts as the main liaison with Investment Managers and the internal Trades processing team on new deals and supports the communication of deal price variances that exceed tolerances to the Investment Managers and obtain confirmations.

Participate in research of appropriate valuation methodology for new complex OTC products traded by clients.

Deliver quality customer service through timely and accurate report delivery.

Participates in the execution around key project deliverables and identifies opportunities to streamline processes and increase productivity.

Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures and standards for all aspects of the business as defined through Risk, Compliance, Operational reviews and audits.

Covers early/late shifts to support the business within global operating model.

This role requires fully work in office.

The expected base salary range for this position is $40 – $43 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
