Finance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and control processes for an assigned Order-to-Remittance (OTR) project within the OFW Projects Portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage financial pacing and forecasting cycles, and a passion for driving cost efficiency and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Financial Pacing & Reporting

• Lead monthly and quarterly income statement pacing and closure of books for the assigned project.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring alignment with internal deadlines and compliance standards.

Forecasting & Budget Planning

• Support short- and long-range planning cycles, including operating budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization initiatives.

Cost Analysis & Control

• Analyze the project’s cost profile relative to operational activity.
• Identify and present opportunities to improve cost efficiency and reduce overhead.
• Act as L-1 finance approver for purchase orders.Ensure all financial approvals are consistent with budget allocations and organizational policies.

Process Transformation

• Champion continuous improvement by developing standardized reporting packages (e.g., for billings, costs).
• Support efforts to automate and streamline existing financial workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA) is a plus.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or project finance—preferably in a matrixed or multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g., Races, Oracle), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
