We are seeking an experienced Outbound Campaign & Lead Generation Manager who can take ownership of outbound initiatives and drive consistent lead flow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands B2B outreach deeply.

Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute outbound campaigns focused on lead generation • Manage multi-channel outreach including email, LinkedIn, and cold campaigns • Define target audiences and build high-quality prospect lists • Align closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes • Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI • Collaborate with content/design teams for campaign creatives • Implement and manage marketing tools for tracking and automation • Experiment with messaging and targeting to improve conversions
Requirements • 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing or outbound campaigns • Expertise in lead generation and outreach strategies • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
