Outbound Sales Representative

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales, preferably outbound or telesales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous if client visits are required)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in equipment, hardware, or machinery sales
• Knowledge of outdoor power equipment (lawnmowers, chainsaws, water pumps generators, etc.)
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
