Access is a healthcare recruitment agency based in Dublin. We are currently hiring professionals with outbound sales experience to join us as Recruitment Consultants, supporting our growth across Ireland and international markets.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing healthcare professionals and placing them into shifts with our clients. You will manage the full sales cycle and generate revenue (and commission) by booking candidates into shifts. Commission is earned on each shift booked, within a structured, KPI-driven environment.

This position is well suited to individuals with a background in sales who are comfortable working towards targets, managing pipelines, and operating in a fast-paced setting. While no particular experience is required, candidates from sales environments tend to perform very strongly due to the transferable skill set.

Compensation:

• Basic salary + unlimited earnings in commission
• Average total compensation Year 1 - €45k+ / Year 2 - €75k+
• Top performers naturally earn way more than these average figures

What We Look For:

• 1–5 years of experience in outbound, B2B sales, inside sales, client relationship, or other B2B commercially-driven environment
• A history of success with KPIs, targets, or commission-based work
• Strong communication skills and the drive to grow
• EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa (we cannot provide sponsorship)
