Output Management Engineer (m/w/d)

About the Project

You will work in an interdisciplinary DevOps team consisting of Solution Architects, Business Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Scrum Master, and Product Owner, jointly responsible for the further development of output document management within a complex banking IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Development, adaptation, and maintenance of document templates and layouts
• Implementation of requirements using output management tools (e.g., CSF Designer, DocBridge, OpenText, Adobe LiveCycle)
• Integration of templates into existing system landscapes and data sources
• Analysis and design of interface solutions between business applications and output systems
• Close collaboration with business departments to gather and implement requirements
• Ensuring the technical quality and functionality of document creation

Optional Tasks

• Consulting business departments on optimizing document processes
• Participation in testing and quality assurance processes
• Creation of technical documentation and training materials
• Extension of integrations using Java or comparable technologies

Requirements

• Several years of experience in output management / document generation
• Experience with tools such as CSF Designer or alternatives (DocBridge, OpenText, Adobe LiveCycle)
• Profound knowledge in template design, form development, data integration (XML, XSD, JSON), and interfaces (REST, SOAP)
• Experience in complex system landscapes (ideally in the banking sector)
• Basic knowledge of Java or comparable programming languages is an advantage
• Experience in testing and QA processes
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a DevOps environment
