What We Need
- Looking for an Account Executive with a goal-driven mindset, fast-paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills.
- Ready to leverage all iHeart’s platforms to exceed clients’ expectations.
What You'll Do
- Learn Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client meetings, research, and cold-calling.
- Cultivate existing business using full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue.
- Create effective marketing campaigns.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.
What You'll Need
- Self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Persuasive communication.
- Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and lead generation.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
- Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks.
- Nice-to-haves: managing complex campaigns, analytics experience, audio advertising background, well-connected in the market.

Compensation
- Salary determined by experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and market data.
- Eligible for commissions.
- Salary range: $52,000 - $65,000.
