Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated B2B Sales Account Executive to spearhead new business growth within a specified territory. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about prospecting, adept at closing complex contracts, and skilled in nurturing long-lasting relationships with business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
- Conduct evaluations and presentations on our uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
- Create customized proposals and finalize multi-year service contracts.
- Ensure accurate client information and activities are updated in the CRM system.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with service and operations teams to guarantee a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- 0-2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience (preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services).
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals while managing a complete sales cycle.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Open to receiving coaching and constructive feedback.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving history, as well as a dependable vehicle.
- Compliance with UniFirst's minimum auto insurance requirements for personal vehicles utilized for business purposes.
