GigBench is sourcing an Owner's Representative / Data Center Construction Senior Project Manager for an immediate 12+ month engagement in Herndon, Virginia. This is a full-time (40+ hrs/week) project-based role requiring 10+ years of experience in critical infrastructure and data center construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project scope development, methodology, and execution
• Manage functional, financial, and schedule risk across the project lifecycle
• Support development, review, and analysis of budgets, GMP, cash flow, and invoice/pay applications
• Conduct critical path schedule analysis and help resolve schedule challenges
• Develop and review MOPs and technical test documents supporting Factory Witness Tests and Commissioning (FWT and CX programs)
• Support RFP analysis, bid leveling, and contractor selection
• Oversee QA/QC program, inspection methodology, and quality metrics
• Communicate project issues written and verbally, escalating to leadership as needed
• Manage delegated tasks to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables within a cross-functional team

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in critical infrastructure / data center construction
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and how they operate as a system
• Experience with construction management and administration
• Familiarity with start-up, commissioning, and operations processes for MEP systems
• Proven ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
