Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a highly organised and adaptable Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our management team. You will play a key role in coordinating daily tasks, managing schedules, supporting logistics, and ensuring smooth office operations. Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Admin or PA role (1–3 years)
  • Background or exposure to logistics / supply chain preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and personal support to management
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics
  • Handle general office duties including filing, data capturing, and document preparation
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and logistics providers
  • Track shipments and manage delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and deliveries
