Our client is looking for a highly organised and adaptable Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our management team. You will play a key role in coordinating daily tasks, managing schedules, supporting logistics, and ensuring smooth office operations. Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Admin or PA role (1–3 years)
- Background or exposure to logistics / supply chain preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and personal support to management
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle general office duties including filing, data capturing, and document preparation
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and logistics providers
- Track shipments and manage delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and deliveries
- Assist with reporting and communication between departments
