Packaging Manager-Brewer

About

The Packaging Manager‑Brewer at DC Brau Brewing, LLC is part of the DC Brau Production and Management Teams. This position reports directly to the Head Brewer and works in coordination with the brewhouse and cellar, warehouse, marketing and sales, and administrative staff. The Packaging Manager‑Brewer may also be required to participate in DC Brau events and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person for management of DC Brau’s packaging operations.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day packaging schedule.
• Manage dedicated packaging staff.
• Delegate tasks to full‑time brewing staff rotating on the canning line.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of packaging equipment.

Additional Duties

• Support and rotate through all shift production roles, including packaging, brewing, and cellar operations.
• Work both early and late shifts as needed.
