Are you a Paid Media Manager/Specialist with at least 3 years of experience? We are looking for someone to join our team who can to manage, run, and optimise paid media campaigns for our clients. With a focus on Google Ads (and some social ads too, LinkedIn mostly), you will oversee our (largely) financial clients, take ownership of their paid campaign performance, drive improvements, while finding and exploring growth opportunities.
As the paid media expert, you’ll be able to provide clear reporting, and subsequent strategic insights, while achieving campaign goals (sometimes you’ll even be setting them). This role requires a proactive individual, able to work on their own who can report on the data, while also being self-sufficient enough to problem-solve issues, while delivering measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, LinkedIn and Meta across platforms like Google Ads and social business managers.
- Translate approved marketing strategies into actionable paid media plans across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns end-to-end (including budgets, targeting, bidding, and scheduling)
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign structuring based on defined objectives
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement tactical optimisations to improve results (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS)
- A/B test ads, audiences, and placements to drive continuous improvement
- Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure accurate pacing and spend allocation
- Produce clear, data-driven performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, account management) to ensure alignment on campaign goals and assets
- Ensure tracking is correctly implemented (pixels, tags, conversion events) and troubleshoot where needed
SEO Function:
- On-page optimisation:
- Optimise meta titles, descriptions, headings, and on-page copy to improve rankings and click-through rates.
- Technical SEO checks:
- Run regular audits (e.g. via Screaming Frog SEO Spider) to identify issues like broken links, missing tags, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
- Performance monitoring:
- Track rankings, traffic, and engagement using Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Search Console.
- Flag and sometimes implement fixes for issues like redirects, indexing problems, page speed improvements, and mobile usability.
- Compile monthly or weekly reports highlighting performance trends, wins, and areas for improvement in a business-friendly way.
- Work with content, design, and dev teams to ensure SEO best practice is applied in new page builds, campaigns, or site launches.
