About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and continuously refine paid advertising campaigns across a range of digital channels
- Actively manage spend and pacing to maximise performance against agreed targets
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
- Drive improvements across efficiency and conversion metrics through structured testing
- Test creative variations, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to improve outcomes
- Deliver regular performance updates with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure paid activity aligns with broader marketing goals
- Stay informed on platform developments, emerging features, and industry best practice
Experience & Skills Required
- 2–5+ years’ experience working in paid media or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience across major paid advertising platforms
- Proven ability to work confidently with analytics, tracking, and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and performance measurement
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
- High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset
