About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Google Media Specialist who can start immediately/ASAP, and is based within traveling distance to Durbanville. You will need to be able to plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google platforms. You’ll manage budgets, develop strategies, and deliver performance-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends and conduct thorough research
• Create and launch Google Ads campaigns across Google's range of networks and continuously monitor performance while improving ways for optimization
• Prepare clear, insightful performance reports and dashboards using GA4 and analytics tools to use in client presentations
• Share best practices, industry insights, and platform updates to drive continuous learning and innovation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
• Google Ads and GA4 certifications is ideal
• Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving performance KPIs
• Experience with DV360/programmatic is a plus
• Experience using ClickUp/the GSuite is a plus
