We’re looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our clients team and take ownership of PPC and paid social strategy across multiple channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to have a greater impact on long-term growth, brand direction, and campaign performance.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation and return on ad spend.
  • Plan, launch, analyse, and continuously improve paid media activity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Take a proactive approach to testing and innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • Highly analytical and commercially minded.
  • Experience with tracking, attribution, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation is essential.
