Our Parisian agency is looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant / Business Analyst (M/F) to work on transformation projects for our clients in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Act as an interface between IT and business teams.
• Express needs and functional requirements and ensure their compatibility with Business processes.
• Functionally design an application, analyze user needs, and formalize them before proposing the most suitable solutions.
• Participate in the different phases of the project, from defining needs to user training (writing deliverables, design phases, testing and acceptance phases, change management support).
• Provide support to development teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac +5) with significant experience of 3 years or more in AMOA or Business Analyst roles, ideally within the insurance sector (internal or in an IT consulting firm).
• Experience in an AGILE environment or knowledge of insurance back-office/front-office solutions would be a plus.

• Knowledge in system design, data modeling, web services design (ideally even short experience as a developer).
• Project management skills.
• Curious and proactive, you have demonstrated your ability to manage projects in a project mode throughout your career.
• Operational English (read, written, spoken).
