Responsibilities

  • Actively source candidates for all open roles.
  • Manage job postings on all job boards i.e., LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
  • Conducts interviews of candidates to assess skill sets, personality, and job search criteria.
  • Fully vet candidates for client’s open position.
  • Follow the recruiting strategy to attract the best candidates for client’s open opportunity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with job candidates.
  • Debriefs candidates after interview to assess the fit.
  • Keep client/candidate files updated.
  • Accountable for meeting KPI’s and candidate/order tracking to management.
  • Documents all aspects of business development and client communication activities in our ATS system.

Recruiter Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting across business professional industries.
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone, heavy phone work.
  • Ability to work independently and keeping on task in within a remote environment.
  • Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset.
  • Proficient use of recruiting tools such as: (Bullhorn, experience with Boolean searches etc.) and Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Teams etc.)
  • Ability to consistently meet KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Recruiter -Job Requirements
  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Able to handle sensitive or difficult issues with confidence and in a calm manner without being unduly influenced by intense emotions.
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Must display persistence and dedication to complete all assigned tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
