Responsibilities
- Actively source candidates for all open roles.
- Manage job postings on all job boards i.e., LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
- Conducts interviews of candidates to assess skill sets, personality, and job search criteria.
- Fully vet candidates for client’s open position.
- Follow the recruiting strategy to attract the best candidates for client’s open opportunity.
- Build and maintain relationships with job candidates.
- Debriefs candidates after interview to assess the fit.
- Keep client/candidate files updated.
- Accountable for meeting KPI’s and candidate/order tracking to management.
- Documents all aspects of business development and client communication activities in our ATS system.
Recruiter Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting across business professional industries.
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone, heavy phone work.
- Ability to work independently and keeping on task in within a remote environment.
- Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset.
- Proficient use of recruiting tools such as: (Bullhorn, experience with Boolean searches etc.) and Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Teams etc.)
- Ability to consistently meet KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Recruiter -Job Requirements
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
- Organization and attention to detail
- Able to handle sensitive or difficult issues with confidence and in a calm manner without being unduly influenced by intense emotions.
- Data Entry Skills
- Must display persistence and dedication to complete all assigned tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
