Your role with us

As an experienced accountant / accountant / tax clerk (m/f/d) part-time, you will support our software company with your in-depth expertise in ongoing financial accounting. After a short, structured induction, you will work largely independently and take responsibility for the proper posting of our business transactions with a special focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable in DATEV.

What are you doing?

  • Independent financial accounting in DATEV (incl. Unternehmen Online).
  • Digital recording and posting of current business transactions with cost centers.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Preparation and execution of payment transactions.
  • Support with monthly financial statements and business evaluations.
  • Digital document storage and document management.
  • Preparation of payroll accounting (depending on qualifications and requirements).

What do you bring with you?

  • Completed training as a tax clerk, accountant or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of practical experience in financial accounting.
  • Very confident with DATEV, ideally also with Unternehmen Online.
  • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as with cost centers.
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working.
  • Confident with Excel and digital work processes.
