We are seeking a part-time Android Architect to join our team in Pittsburgh. This role offers flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality Android applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Android Architect or Senior Android Developer.
• Strong knowledge of the Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Familiarity with Google Play services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Proficient in Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
