About Us

We are a SaaS company (AI + multi-accounting tools for affiliates/e-commerce). We are expanding into the Russian-speaking market and need help hiring part-time marketing freelancers.

What You Will Do

• Find and screen native Russian-speaking marketers (freelancers)
• Their role: influencer/KOL outreach (YouTube), content operations, community seeding
• Coordinate interviews and present shortlisted candidates to us
• Assist with offer communication and basic onboarding

What We Are Looking For

• Experience recruiting for marketing roles (SaaS or digital marketing preferred)
• Familiar with the Russian-speaking market
• Can assess English proficiency (basic communication with our team)
• Organized and results-driven

Compensation (Performance-Based)

• Fixed pay – per successful hire $50 (candidate accepts offer and starts)
• Bonus – if candidate stays +$50 (after the candidate works for 2–4 weeks and we continue to hire)

This is a long-term cooperation opportunity – as we grow our team in the Russian market, you will help us scale.
